Booking a Transportation
How do I book a transportation?

When should I make the booking?
You can book anytime before the pick-up date. However, to ensure transportation availability, we encourage you to schedule your booking at least 24 hours before we you travel.
Are the rates for per vehicle or per person?
All our transport charges are per vehicle and not per passenger.
How do I make payment?
You can make the payment in cash to the driver in Singapore Dollar. No credit card is accepted.
Can I book a transportation with more than one stop?
Yes, kindly note each additional pick up or drop off will be additional SGD10.
Can I can revise my travel schedule?
You can change your trip plan 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, the acceptance of the revision subject to the availability of the driver.
Do you require booking fee or any payment as a booking confirmation?
No. Booking payment is not required. Full payment can be made to the driver during the pick up.
Traveling With Us
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting at the arrival hall and carrying a board that has the passenger’s name on it. Besides, your driver has your details and may contact you.
How long is the transfer between Singapore to JB?
It would take 2 hours travelling time from Singapore to Johor Baharu depending on the traffic condition.
When will I receive the driver’s details?
You will receive your driver’s details on WhatsApp or SMS by 9:00pm on the night before your travelling date.
Will there be any surcharge if my flight is delayed?
We usually don’t impose a surcharge if you provide us with your flight information during the booking. This helps us to estimate your arrival time and keep track of the flight schedule for any delay or cancellation.
Do you only provide transfers from Singapore to Johor Bahru?
We provide transfer services from Singapore to anywhere in Malaysia, not only in Johor Bahru. You may check all other destination.
Are they any hidden or extra charge?
All rates are listed on our website. There is no extra charge once we have confirmed your booking unless you requested change of your destination point during the travel.
What types of transport models do you have?
Our transportation includes Toyota Innova, Toyota Alphard and Hyundai Starex. Each transport model will have different rates, kindly refer to our website price list table or contact us for more details.
How is your cancellation policy?
We do not impose any cancellation fee but would appreciate if you could inform at least 48 hours before your travelling date for any cancellations.
When crossing the borders in Singapore and Malaysia, should the passenger get off the private car?
No. The passengers need to stay in the car during the entire journey.
Can we drink or eat in the car during the journey?
Yes as long as you keep the car clean at all times.
Are passengers covered with insurance?
Yes, all passengers are covered under vehicle insurance for your safety.
