Booking a Transportation

You can book anytime before the pick-up date. However, to ensure transportation availability, we encourage you to schedule your booking at least 24 hours before we you travel.

All our transport charges are per vehicle and not per passenger.

You can make the payment in cash to the driver in Singapore Dollar. No credit card is accepted.

Yes, kindly note each additional pick up or drop off will be additional SGD10.

You can change your trip plan 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, the acceptance of the revision subject to the availability of the driver.

No. Booking payment is not required. Full payment can be made to the driver during the pick up.

Traveling With Us

Your driver will be waiting at the arrival hall and carrying a board that has the passenger’s name on it. Besides, your driver has your details and may contact you.

It would take 2 hours travelling time from Singapore to Johor Baharu depending on the traffic condition.

You will receive your driver’s details on WhatsApp or SMS by 9:00pm on the night before your travelling date.

We usually don’t impose a surcharge if you provide us with your flight information during the booking. This helps us to estimate your arrival time and keep track of the flight schedule for any delay or cancellation.

We provide transfer services from Singapore to anywhere in Malaysia, not only in Johor Bahru. You may check all other destination.

All rates are listed on our website. There is no extra charge once we have confirmed your booking unless you requested change of your destination point during the travel.

Our transportation includes Toyota Innova, Toyota Alphard and Hyundai Starex. Each transport model will have different rates, kindly refer to our website price list table or contact us for more details.

We do not impose any cancellation fee but would appreciate if you could inform at least 48 hours before your travelling date for any cancellations.

No. The passengers need to stay in the car during the entire journey.

Yes as long as you keep the car clean at all times.

Yes, all passengers are covered under vehicle insurance for your safety.
